This group meets on the second Wednesday of the month in members’ homes from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. Each month we prepare dishes based on a theme for the month. We bring copies of the recipes to share with those in attendance. After eating, we each discuss the recipe we prepared, including any special preparation or ingredients, any changes we made and any challenges encountered in the preparation. Typically we have 8-14 members in attendance. Some of our recent themes have included cooking with herbs, desserts, cooking lite, salads and recipes from a Bobby Flay cookbook.
